We will gladly provide a refund or exchange for your
merchandise within 30 days after shipping date.
Returns: If you would
like to make a return or exchange, simply fill out the
Return/Exchange Email Form which can be found below or on
the Customer Service page and a customer service
representative will respond with instructions and /or
assistance. If this is not convenient, Please call toll
free 1(800)565-8907 for assistance.
All returned
items must be returned to TiffanyLights prepaid with an insured carrier in
the original packaging. (Sorry, we can not accept returns
sent C.O.D.) You are responsible for the safe return and
all return shipping cost and a 25% restocking charge. Upon
receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we
will notify you via email and issue you an exchange or
credit less the restocking charge.
Please note: Do not
return items back to the manufacturer without
authorization. Items must be
shipped directly to the manufacturer within 30 days and with return authorization. (you can call or email
us to receive return authorization). If you ship
a return to the manufacturer without authorization and the
item is accepted, you will incur an additional 5%
restocking charge.

Damages:
If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we must be
notified
via email or telephone within 5 days of receipt and a
customer service representative will assist you. You will
be sent a replacement or exchange.
